You may never have noticed with all the delicious treats piled atop them, but all our foods are served on lovely, rustic pine boards! These boards not only add an element of beauty to the luxury grazing board experience, but they are also practical: unlike cardboard boxes or flimsy palm-leaf plates, our boards do not break or bend in transport, helping to ensure consistent food quality and safety. And, most importantly, our boards are reusable. More on that below…
Crafting the boards is a family affair. We prepare the boards ourselves, cutting them to size, sanding, and finishing them with food grade mineral oil and then wood burning our PT logo into the corner.
