Pear Jam 9oz

Procrastin’s Table Jam’s are created with our Charcuterie and Cheese boards in mind. They are made in small batches in our kitchen the old fashion way, with real ingredients. There is no artificial flavor, no preservatives, and no fillers in our jams. Our jams are 60% fruit and 40% sugar, usually jam is 50/50 but we use more fruit and use the naturally occurring fruit juices to sweeten our jams and preserves.

Flavor Profile: Pears simmered with autumnal spices: the essence of cool days & crisp evenings. The sweet yet fresh taste makes it the perfect pairing for hard & soft cheeses alike.
